sri lanka dive school
HEY ! I am Rohitha Indika – or short – Roy
I began diving in 2002, earning my initial certification through PADI. later, I added SSI to my qualifications—not because one system is better than the other, but because I believe every diver deserves exceptional experiences, whether they’re SSI or PADI trained and that new Divers can choose which Company to go with.
Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of diving all around Sri Lanka— from Unawatuna and Hikkaduwa to Nilaveli and of course Trincomalee. These dives not only fueled my passion, they introduced me to outstanding colleagues and friends who share a love for the ocean— and it’s with them that I launched my dive school in Trincomalee in 2023.
I wanted to build a place where any certified diver and these ones who want to start diving would feel welcomed and expertly guided. Trincomalee, with its warm, clear waters and rich marine life, felt like the perfect home base.
Our Mission
- To provide every diver an unforgettable experience
- To build a friendly diving community in Trincomalee, where both experienced and new divers connect and grow.
- To share my passion for Sri Lankan waters, marine life and the education of Diving —dive by dive, person by person.
What we offer
- The most important Thing for me is – Everyone comes out of the Water and is happy
- I bring more than 20 years of diving experience across Sri Lanka’s most beautiful and varied dive sites.
- Tailored dive packages, you don’t need to decide any Course or Dives in advance, we will try our best to make everything possible for you
- I choose dive sites carefully to cater to all skill levels: beginners, advanced divers, night dive lovers—each dive is carefully planned for enjoyment and challenge, while maintaining the highest safety standards.
- I use quality gear, teach responsible diving practices, and keep safety at the forefront of every dive.
- I welcome divers certified under SSI or PADI alike, with no distinction—just a shared love of underwater adventure.
Thank you for checking out my story. I can’t wait to dive with you, share the underwater wonders of Sri Lanka, and show you why certification doesn’t define adventure—your spirit does.
